Listening: Asking for & Giving Directions

Listen to short conversations where people ask for and give directions in a town.

Before the audio starts, read the questions so you know what information to listen for. On the first listen, focus on the general idea — who is talking and where they want to go. On the second listen, catch the details like place names, numbers, and exact directions. You do not need to understand every word; key words like 'turn left', 'next to', and 'traffic lights' will guide you to the answers.
